How do I save an eGuide?

Computer - you can save it in any folder you like

iPad - save it to iBooks

iPhone - can also save it to iBooks (free app available in the app store)

Dropbox - if you create a Dropbox account you can save it there and download the Dropbox app on any of your devices


My order has expired, what do I do?

If your order has expired please contact hello@ellefitactive.com for a new download link. 


I haven't received a link for the eGuide, what do I do?

Sometimes emails bounce back due to misspelling at the checkout. If you haven't received your download link via email after purchase please check your Junk mail first. If it isn't there please contact hello@ellefitactive.com and we can sort out the issue.


I am having trouble at the checkout, how can I pay?

Please email hello@ellefitactive.com so we can sort out the issue. If all else fails we can organise a direct PayPal or bank transfer.


How long will it take for my Get Bendy poster to arrive?

Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be shipped.

Domestic orders (within Australia): 1-4 days.

International orders: 10-21 business days (some countries may take longer, please be patient).

If your order has not arrived within this time frame please contact hello@ellefitactive.com.


My poster has arrived damaged, what can I do?

Unfortunately postal tubes travel in the same cages with items up to 20kg so sometimes they can be damaged during transit. Please send a photo of the damaged tube and/or poster and we will happily send out a new one.
