Best lockdown purchase

It’s such a manageable guide to working on flexibility. I hurt my hip last year, and this guide is so much better than anything my physio gave me because it focuses on slowly building up what you’ve got, and the instructions are so clear! It’s keeping me moving in lockdown for sure!

Highly recommend!!

I have always had issues with the tightness of the muscles in my legs, and it has caused so many injuries over the years. I bought the pack with the Get Bendy poster/e-guide and Get Split e-guide. After only a few days I noticed a HUGE difference in the flexibility in my lower body! (Even went for a run and didn't get shin splints as I don't have such tight calves any more!!) I also have scoliosis and so far it has been great for reducing my pain.

Incredible product

This product is incredible and something I use every day I have the e guide and the poster of get bendy and the get split e guide. If your are tossing up whether to get it or not you should. I love both the e guides however my favourite is the get split as for someone like me who’s not very flexible I can still do it and Benefit out of it.
