Stretching for All Sports

Strength and flexibility go hand in hand and if you work on both + technique you will be doing yourself a HUGE favour. You will probably save visits to the physio too because having good flexibility can be great for injury prevention. 

I know all too well how tedious stretching can be - I was hopeless when I was younger. Copying stick figures or hairy 90s people isn't exactly motivating so I have done my best to put a modern spin on stretching. I have taken the IKEA approach and opted for a pictorial guide so it can be understood with no language barriers or misinterpretations.
